The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of downtown and the train station. Despite some noise from the busy street at night, requesting a room away from the front street provided a quieter stay. The hotel is clean and updated, especially in the bathrooms. The inclusive continental breakfast served on the roof is great, offering a variety of options. it offers good value for money and is an ideal choice for any tourist.

No positive points in the hotel

The air conditioning wasn´t working. The staff were unfriendly and the breakfast was really bad with flies over the food and clearly with a lot of leftovers from several days ago. In the end they even forgot to give us back the identity cards so we almost missed the plane beacuse of that. I won´t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We used the hotel as a stopover for our early morning flight from Brindisi airport. The hotel was ideal for that purpose because its just a 10 min drive to the airport.

Perhaps more could be expected from a four star hotel. The shower cubicle was particularly small and uncomfortable. The hotel is in part of the city where you have to pay to park in the streets and the hotel does not have its own parking faciities.

Our room at Hotel Colonna was incredibly spacious and modern, with both traditional and contemporary furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The large bathroom was a highlight, providing all the comfort and convenience we needed. The level of cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, and we particularly enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast offering, which included a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was also fantastic, being close to the train station and the charming old town of Brindisi. Additionally, the affordable taxi ride from the airport made our arrival hassle-free.

While our stay at Hotel Colonna was overall excellent, we did encounter a minor inconvenience regarding the air conditioning. Despite the warm weather in April, the hotel had yet to start using the A/C, leaving us without a cool option in our room.

The location was perfect for us teenagers who wanted to be in the heart of the action. We were able to easily walk to the vibrant Piazza Mercato where we found amazing restaurants and lively bars. And let's not forget, the hotel staff was super cool and friendly, always giving us great tips on the best places to hang out. We also loved the fact that we could stay out late and still have a late check-out at noon. It was just what we needed after a night of partying!

The only thing we would have loved to have at Hotel Colonna is a rocking pool area. We teenagers would have definitely enjoyed having a pool to chill and have fun during the hot summer days.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect, situated near the railway station and on one of the main streets in the center of the city. It was incredibly convenient to explore the sites of this beautiful place. Moreover, the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. They were friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries or requests I had.

Had a great stay at Hotel Colonna! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and train station. The room was clean and spacious, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast with a view of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super kindly helpfull receptionstaff. Situated in the citycenter closeby supermarket en railwaystation. Southern Europe electricity equipment, special adapters wanted! Great beds and bathroom.

The breakfast spread was decent and had enough options to delight any taste buds. the room was quite cozy and had all the basic amenities one can ask for. the hotel is located near the central train station and bus stop, making it easier for us to commute.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was far from perfect. The room was cramped and didn't offer enough space for us to move around comfortably.

Only complaints are that the internet was not working the day we stayed and the staff had no idea for repairing it. Also the breakfast coffee was bad.
